Role of Teachers

We do not believe that it is only adults who have something to transmit from their prior learning to children who are learning for the first time. Our methodology springs from the socio- constructivist approach in education. Our processes are such that the adult may be a facilitator, but both the adult and child are designated as learners. At Anghaila Hills, teaching is a calling and not just a job. Our teachers come from all walks of life, age groups and backgrounds, with a passion for teaching and a very creative and enthusiastic bent of mind in addition to a deep spiritual quest. Imparting education at Anghaila is through in- house mentorship and external mentors, training sessions and workshops.
